We are intending to start the club house at the earliest.
The Club house civil works completed including swimming pool. To make the club house operational, we have to create some more facilities like additional rooms, gym, Billiards, Badminton, kitchen setup etc. We were trying to appoint some agency for running the club, in this regard, we approached some agencies to run the club, but none of them showed any interest. Now 2 agencies have come forward for running the club and maintaining it. We have requested him to give presentation.
Once if he meets our requirements, Other Terms and conditions for leasing out shall be discussed and finalized.
